PROFESSIONAL HISTORY
PLANT ENGINEER INTERN
June 2018 - Present
Provide assistance to other plant personnel in proper plant procedures and manufacturing methods.
• Provide guidance for preventative and repair maintenance to ensure that plant operations were able to meet output quotas and deadlines.
• Design and improve processes to increase plant production efficiency and quality.
• Other duties included designing manufacturing layouts, coordinating equipment selections, interacting with contractors, and evaluating quotes.
MANAGER AND RACER
June 2015 - May 2017
• Competed in the 2016 Formula Car Challenge presented by Goodyear; Sports Car Club of America West Coast Formula Mazda Champion.
• Assembled and installed engines, fuel systems, rear end components, axles; adjusted car setup.
• Collaborated with organizations/agencies to promote the team and generate sponsorship interest.
• Handled race day promotions, meet & greets, sales, budgeting and strategic planning.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
June 2015 - July 2017
• Adept at managing and streamlining administrative processes to reduce errors, improving accuracy and efficiency, and achieving organizational objectives.
• Devise strategic plans for maintenance operations, and administer equipment, lifecycles, and processes.
• Develop process improvements to increase equipment reliability and performance, and work with senior leadership to define and achieve business goals.
• Analyze and identify equipment failure, root causes, and actualize corrective actions and preventative maintenance protocol.
